The website describes services available for individual scoping. Submitting an enquiry or using the Scan does not create a service contract, purchase, delivery commitment or guaranteed result. Fees, deliverables, data access, intellectual property, support and acceptance are agreed separately in a written project agreement.
The Opportunity Scan and concierge provide preliminary, prepared guidance. They do not provide unlimited realtime reasoning, autonomous consulting, or professional legal, medical or financial advice. Examples use synthetic information. Blueprints are proposed designs, not proof of deployed integrations or customer outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting. We do not guarantee savings, ROI, rankings or AI search citations.

The AIJAJA AI Digital Human is an official branded digital persona of AIJAJA. Its distinctive appearance, visual identity, animations, audiovisual content, and associated brand materials are subject to applicable intellectual property, trademark, personality, and other legal protections.
Accessing or using this website does not grant any third party a licence to reproduce or commercially exploit the AIJAJA AI Digital Human or its protected materials.
Except with prior written authorization from the relevant rights holders or as permitted by applicable law, third parties must not:
- Copy, extract, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit the AIJAJA AI Digital Human or its protected materials.
- Create unauthorized digital replicas, imitations, or derivative representations using the protected digital persona or its materials.
- Use the Digital Human or related materials to impersonate AIJAJA AI, misrepresent an official relationship, or falsely suggest endorsement or authorization.
- Use protected Digital Human materials for unauthorized cloning or AI model training in ways that infringe applicable rights.
AIJAJA AI and the relevant rights holders reserve the right to seek removal of infringing materials, cessation of infringement, compensation, and other remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section restricts uses expressly permitted by applicable law or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Purchases, delivery and refunds
This website does not accept online orders or payments and does not ship goods. There is no website checkout, subscription or automatic charge. Any project delivery milestones, fees, cancellation and refund terms require a separately agreed written contract before work begins. Nothing on this website commits either party to a project.
